• Account Registration Information: When you register for a PixelMug account, you will need to provide your email address and password, and you can set your account name. We collect this information to help you complete the registration and to protect your account security.
• Device Network Configuration Information: To connect your mug device to the internet, you will need to provide your local Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password. We use this information solely for the purpose of network configuration for the device.
• User-Generated Content: When you use this application to send content to the mug, we will collect the text information you enter, the images you draw, and the static and dynamic images you import from your phone.
• Customer Service Information: When you contact our customer service team, you may provide your contact information and a description of the issue so that we can resolve your problem.

1.2 Information We Collect During Your Use of Our Services

• Device and Permission Information: To enable device discovery, connection, and network configuration, we will request your Bluetooth and location permissions. To enable the weather feature, we need to obtain your geolocation information. To enable image import and saving of sharing QR codes, we will request your photo album (storage) permission. These permissions are only triggered when you use the corresponding features, and you can manage them at any time in your system settings.
• Device Operation Information: To provide device management features, we will collect information you set, such as device alias, time zone, weather location, preferred temperature unit, and brightness level.
• Device Sharing Information: When you use the device sharing feature, we will record the account association between the sharer and the shared user to manage sharing permissions.
• Log Information: To ensure the secure operation of our software and services, we will collect necessary log information, including your hardware model, operating system type, IP address, software version number, network access method, and operation logs.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

To ensure the proper functioning of the application, we will store small data files called Cookies on your mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With Cookies, we can store your preferences and other data. • Access and Modification: You can log in to your account at any time to access and modify your account name, password, and device alias.
• Permission Management: You can enable or disable our access to Bluetooth, location, and photo album permissions at any time in your device’s system settings.
• Device Sharing Management: You can manage the list of accounts for shared devices on the “Permission Management” page, including disabling or unbinding them.
• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account in “Account Settings.” After deletion, we will stop providing services to you and delete your personal information.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We strive to provide security for users’ personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We will use various security measures at a reasonable security level to protect information. For example, we will use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL) and anonymization to protect your personal information.

6. How We Protect Minors’ Information

Our products are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our products. We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

In principle, personal information collected and generated by us within the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the People’s Republic of China.
