PixelMug Account Cancellation Agreement

Update and Effective Date: June 26, 2025

Dear PixelMug Users:

We are sorry to learn that you have chosen to cancel your account.

Before you confirm and agree to the cancellation, please carefully read this “Account Cancellation Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Cancellation Agreement”).

If you fill in the information according to the cancellation prompts and click agree, it indicates that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this “Cancellation Agreement”.

You should be aware that after canceling this account, your account and account-related data will be deleted from the active database of the PixelMug platform, and your account information and functions will be irreversible. Once the cancellation is completed, you will no longer be able to log in with this account, nor will you be able to use all related applications and services. Therefore, we urge you to cancel with caution.

1. Circumstances Where Cancellation Cannot Be Completed

To protect your rights and account security, your account cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  1. Your account is in an abnormal state, including but not limited to abnormal orders, accounts identified as fraudulent by third-party platforms, and other abnormal users, or other situations that violate platform rules or legal regulations resulting in account abnormalities or freezing.

  2. Your account has unfinished matters including but not limited to unfinished orders, after-sales orders, refund orders, pending services or orders that have been completed for less than 7 days, outstanding platform payments, participation in various platform activities or points redemption and other unfinished matters.

  3. Your account has unresolved disputes or outstanding financial issues.

  4. Your account has undergone sensitive operations such as password changes or binding changes within the last two weeks.

  5. Your account has been stolen or banned.

  6. Your PixelMug smart cup device is still in a bound state or has incomplete device configuration.

2. Consequences and Responsibilities of Cancellation

Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility for any adverse effects caused to you by your application for account cancellation. Before cancellation, please back up and properly retain your account information and other related data, and properly preserve transaction vouchers, receipts and other materials for products and services, so as not to be unable to enjoy related after-sales services or need to pay additional fees. After account cancellation, you still enjoy after-sales service for goods purchased before account cancellation.

3. Functions That Cannot Be Used After Cancellation

After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to use this account, including but not limited to:

  1. Unable to use this account to log in to PixelMug mobile applications, PixelMug-related websites, mini-programs, and management platforms where PixelMug can provide services;

  2. Personal data and historical information of this account (including but not limited to username, avatar, published and uploaded information, comments, private messages, chat records, follows, likes, favorites, subscriptions, browsing records, shopping records, activity participation records, account data, device information bound to the account, service order records, smart cup usage records, personalized content push records, etc.) will be irretrievable;

  3. You will no longer enjoy all virtual assets, rights and privileges owned before account cancellation, including but not limited to membership privileges, account balance, coupons, gift cards, points, other vouchers, etc.;

  4. Your PixelMug smart cup device will no longer be able to enjoy cloud services, including but not limited to personalized content push, device status monitoring, community functions, etc.

4. Dispute Resolution

If your account involves disputes or controversies during use and cancellation, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by competent state authorities, etc., MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to terminate the cancellation of this account.

Cancelling this account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before cancellation are exempted or reduced. If you have any illegal or improper behavior when using your PixelMug account, MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to pursue responsibility for your illegal and improper behavior before account cancellation.

6. Account Ownership Confirmation

The account you apply to cancel should be an account that you registered in accordance with the agreement with the PixelMug platform and provided to you by the corresponding platform (PixelMug platform). You should ensure that you have the right to decide on the cancellation of this account and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any complaints or disputes arise as a result, you shall bear the responsibility yourself and hold MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. harmless.

7. Agreement Termination

Once the MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. account is cancelled, the relevant user agreements and other rights and obligations documents that you have signed with MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. will be terminated accordingly (except for clauses that continue to be effective or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations);

8. Cancellation Processing Period

The processing period for account cancellation is 15 days, that is, within 15 days after you have successfully submitted an account cancellation application to us (calculated from the time of successful submission), the account will be cancelled (except as otherwise agreed in this agreement). Before the account is officially cancelled, you can still use the account normally, but the account may be permanently cancelled and unusable at any time, so it is recommended that you submit the cancellation application with caution. During this period, you can withdraw your account cancellation application by contacting customer service. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service by email. Customer service email: [service@jeejio.com]. MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. staff will provide feedback and processing within 3 working days after receiving the email.

9. Other Matters

Matters not covered in this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the “PixelMug User Registration Service Agreement” and related rules of MAOPAO LIMITED (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd.
